01. Stream Side – Booking Terms and Conditions
When booking or engaging in any camp or related services with Stream Side Company (“Stream Side”),
you agree to adhere to these Terms and Conditions.
– We urge you to thoroughly review our Terms and Conditions displayed below before booking any trip
with us. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and consent
to abide by our Terms.
– These general terms and conditions govern the agreement between Stream Side and the party
entering into an agreement with us (the guest), which may pertain to accommodation, travel, purchases
of products or services, or a combination thereof.
02. The Booking Contract
Your booking becomes confirmed and a new contract is established when Stream Side issues a written
confirmation following receipt of the applicable deposit amount.
– Please carefully review the confirmation receipt and notify Stream Side promptly of any discrepancies.
It’s crucial to ensure that the name matches that on any government ID.
– By booking, you agree to provide accurate personal information to Stream Side, and we are committed
to safeguarding your privacy.
03. Booking On Behalf Of Others
By booking on behalf of others, you assume responsibility as the designated contact person for all
participants included in the booking.
04. Special Requirements
Any special requirements should be communicated to Stream Side at the time of booking. While we
strive to accommodate all requests, limitations may arise based on destination and availability.
– Food allergies and dietary restrictions must be disclosed during booking, though we cannot guarantee
fulfillment of all dietary needs.
05. Age Requirements
Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult throughout the trip. Bookings for minors are
accepted only if accompanied by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult. We do not provide care
services for minors but may consider exceptions with written consent from parents or guardians.
06. Deposits
A deposit is required at the time of booking, with Stream Side providing guidance on the payment
process and issuing a confirmation receipt upon booking. A 50% advance payment is mandatory prior to
the event.
07. Details Required for Booking
You must provide all requested details along with the advance payment. Failure to do so may result in
additional fees for incurred losses. Stream Side will not be liable for any fees resulting from errors or
omissions in the information provided.
08. Cancellation
*Cancellations must be communicated to Stream Side via phone. Please note the following cancellation
charges:
– 100% refund for cancellations made before 7 days of the booking date.
– 50% refund for cancellations made between 3 and 7 days of the booking date.
– No refund for cancellations made within 3 days of the booking date, but dates can be postponed.
– No refund for cancellations made within 0-3 days of the booking date, and date changes will not be
entertained.
09. Indemnity
Stream Side cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters,
industrial disputes, or government regulations.
